Trailer part question

Hey guys, I have a Stratos trailer with surge brakes. On top of the tongue is a plastic cap that covers the acces to the cap on the brake fluid resevoir. What do you call this external cap and where can I get one. Believe it or not I have now had my third one stolen. I no longer live close to my original dealer and would like to order one. The last one I had was made out of metal and you could twist it a 1/4 turn and lockout the backup brakes if needed.

The Metal cap is actually a Manual Reverse Lockout, the plastic cover is just that,a dust cover. You can Call Dennis at UFP 800-835-9211 and he can get you what you need. Dennis' handle here on BBC is DABS.
