I made one out of 1 inch square tubing and a couple of straight one inch wide by 3 inchs long pieces of flat iron to go around the square trailer hitch on the truck and a bolt to squeeze the 2 pieces of straight metal together to keep it on the hitch. Bought the fuzzy hang downs at a trailer shop and bolted them on the the 1 inch square tubing. I think I had $50 in the whole thing. Get creativity you can build one cheaper than the $319 plus shipping they want for the one posted above. That is a good picture to go by though.
