I'm running Carlisle's right now, I'm pretty happy with them.
I just purchased a set of Akuret trailer tires ($59 each plus install), a private label by Yokohama. They have been a significant improvement over the passenger tires that they replaced. Also http://www.tire-easy.com may be a good resource they list several different brands of trailer tires.
