    Trailer tire air pressure question

I'm running the max amount of air in my tires ( 50 psi ) and they are wearing funny. It looks like they are wearing on the edges like they need more air. The boat is an 18 foot Skeeter and the tires are the same specs that came on it. Any ideas on what to do?

You've got something bent or out of alignment.

Re: Trailer tire air pressure question (Tx Champ)

I had one tire (goodyear marathons) wearing on the outside so bad that I had to replace. When the air was let out of the tire you could see that a belt had slipped in the tire. You could not see it until the air was removed.
