    1997 Evinrude Intruder Questions

    I am looking at an Allison XB2003 with an 1997 Evinrude 175 Intruder mounted on it. The lower unit was modded with a cone and low water pickup since new.

    My question is what is the general feeings towards this engine? Are there any issues to watch? Any reliability concerns?
