    Replacement Disc Pads

My Trailer Buddy manual list the replacement disc pads can be purchased from an auto parts store. Pad used are for a 1991 Plymouth Acclaim/Sundance but it also says to use only organic non-metalic pads. I was unable to locate non-metalic pads after checking at Autozane, Oreily and Advance Auto Parts. They all have semi-metalic, metalic and ceramic.

The trailer is for a 2002 Ranger 520vx Comanche

#1 Where can you get Organic Pads

    #2 Can Semmetalic be used

    Thanks,

    Re: Replacement Disc Pads (wayniac)

#2. Semmetalic pads will rust, because of the metal in the pads.

#1. Call Ranger parts Dept. and get the right pads.

    Re: Replacement Disc Pads (rangerguy)

i have also heard the semi metallic will rust, but i still use them anyway. I know the pads get wet, but so do the pads on my tuck and car. They work good for me.
