it was working the last time i took it out but now just 000 is all that shows up you can see 500 when im cranking it but then it stops and gose back to 000 need some help not sure if tach is bad or what

probably going to either be the tach or the rectifier which the tach signal comes from. check and see if your cranking battery is getting a charge.
