Good price for a 2005 EZ Loader?

Well, it finally happened, the old box steel stock Nitro trailer rusted through, luckily on the driveway.

Looking at a 2005 EZ Loader model ALL102B, 3100 lbs trailer. Has Kodiak disc brakes and LED lights. Dealer is asking $1900, he is going to set up the bunks and adjust the tongue weight as well.

Anyone's thoughts?
