try not to back in as far and the side bunks should help you keep lined up

Yep, I don't think you need any unless it's not centering when you load it.
I have had situations where I was glad I had guide ons. I have used a couple of ramps in the past, were the landing was not very even. I have had times were I have had to load with a strong side wind. About the time you realize that your are no longer lined up, is normally about the time that you can't back out of it fast enough. The guide ons on my trailer have saved my fenders a few times.
Take a look through a marine or boating catalog. There are several different types and manufacturers out there with bolt on, aftermarket products.
