Tie-Down Engineering Parts

I have a Tie Doown Engineering Hydraulic/Electric surge brake Model 70 LP on my 2005 Ranger VS 185 trailer. It appears that the master cylinider has failed. I loose hydraulic oil almost as fast as I fill the reservoir. Couple questions:

1. Can the master cylinder be repaired (seals)?
2. where is the best and lowest price place to get a replacement or parts if thats what I need?

I did look on you site but it wasn't clear that this was the correct cylinder. I have the 70 LP version (low profile). I think tie down engineering part number is #47267. Yours is part #47260.

Is it worth trying to repair? Does it have to be shipped out or is this something the average "joe" can do?
