    Installing Rear Bearing Seals

What is the best way to install new rear bearing seals on the hub? I was thinking that a 2 X 4 might work, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

    2 x 4 works for sure.

I broke down and bought something like this:

Give a man a fish, he will eat for a day

Teach a man to fish, he will complain that you stole his fishing spot.
