Decarb after 300 hours OK?? (E250FPXSTA)

From what I can tell, its been a solid 300 hrs since the motor has been decarbed. The motor has 450 hrs total. I believe the previous owner may have decarbed at 150, put I'm not sure. Question - should I decarb the standard method, or has it been to long, that I'll blow chunks and a piston? Is there a less drastic approach?
    Thanks guys!

I would run a tank of fuel with a double dose of SeaFoam in it to soften up the carbon then do the BRP engine tune, following directions on the can.

You should also remove the exhaust sensor tube and either clean it or replace it if plugged with carbon. Not many places do that during the 100 hour service.

Decarbon the regular way by spraying into the intakes. Using 2 cans, one in each hand is a quick way to deliver a lot of solvent.

Back the boat in the water and warm up the motor first. Remove the air silencer and idle the motor in gear. That will keep if from accelerating in neutral when the cabon cleaning fluid is sprayed into the motor.

I have a 1999 200 Ficht (E200FPLEEN) and am going to de-carb, where is the exhaust sensor tube located as I want to check mine while I am at it?
