    New HO engines

Do the 2011 250 HO's have some sort of rev limiter in them, I cant get mine to rev at all without putting it in gear on the hose! As soon as it goes in gear it revs up like mad!

Don't rev them up out of water !!!!!!!

There is a neutral switch on the motor that doesn't allow the engine to run up when its out of gear.

Why would you rev a motor in gear on muffs? THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS.
