    My Best Buck to date

    Shot this buck in mid November. Scored out at just over 126". Needless to say I was very excited and didn't even know this buck was in the woods.

    I was in your neck of the woods two weeks ago on business (from Athens to Elberton to Flowery Branch to Greenville SC in a freakin' Toyota Corolla ). I was thinking the whole time "Man, them is some good lookin' deer woods". Got to spend one evening on Lanier. You guys got some awsome outdoors.......

    Shot in the rut with the ol' 30-naught-6. Also killed a smaller 9pt that scored almost 100" with my muzzeloader about a month before, but the very next week after I shot this big 9pt my buddy shot a 140" out of the same tree! That was the honey hole that year. Not sure we could do that again since we are QDM, but it would be nice!
