taking my 17 year old daughter (man, I'm getting old, that's my youngest) to Alabama for her first deer hunt this weekend. She said the other day, since she was headed off to college soon, the only way she would be able to get any venison would be to be able to kill it herself.
Looks like I'll be leaving my 308 at home and making sure she get the chance to shoot one. Wish us luck.
