I bought a Moultree trail cam with a light bulb flash about 2 yrs ago. After a yr. the flash started going out, I noticed a small black spot on one side of the bulb. I used it for the remainder of the hunting yr. and then brought it home. I called their customer service line and waited on the line for 20 min. to talk to some one who said to send it in w/ a note stating what's wrong with it. So I did. 5 weeks later I get a letter asking for a recipt for it, that if it's with in a year they would repair or replace it at no cost. So I called them back, and talked to a service rep, who asked for the date of when I bought it. When I told her it was 2 yrs old she told me that the flash is a non serviceable part and they don't repair their products after a yr of use. I will admit I was angry since I spent $250 on somthing and the company won't repair it at my cost, and I said rudely to just send it back. I know I should have been nice to her, it's not her fault. Now a month later I havn't recived it back from them. I called them and waited on the phone 45 min. and asked where it was, The lady said it was shiped out yesterday. To me that was poor customer service. I will buy a new trail cam but won't be a moultree. Like said, not bashing them, but just my experiance and a FYI for others.
