Deer here love to nibble on white pine. If you are close to the deer woods don't put one out in your yard for landscape.![]()

Really??? I've never seen any evidence of deer touching white pine. Rabbits and porkies sure but not deer. Around here they chow on cedar all winter so it's not a good choice for the new hedge.

No it was a regulor old short niddle pine tree & I watched them eatting the thing not the new little sprouts neather I always thought they would get into that stuff after all the other food was gone in late winter It's way to early for them to be that hungry I guess i better double the corn pileBut I was hoping 2-100 lb. bags a week was enough

I'm not putting any out this year....matter of fact I'm going old school...back to how I used to hunt...I'm going to start squirrel hunting again as well, I was a better deer hunter back then when I did, I got away from that and forgot what I used to know...![]()
