Genaral cost for a 1996 Rude 150(not an xp or Intruder) ???

Not an XP or Intruder. It just says Evinrude 150 on cover. Rebuild carbs & replace fuel lines & bulb & rebuild or replace vro, complete water pump kit replacement, reseal lower unit , replace steering cables & rewire boat (there have been mice in it) if there are problems at $65.00/hr ??? Also engine has set for 5 yrs. what else can you think of that would need to be done. This is on a 1996 Stratos 278 V. Just want to know what most good Rude wrenches would get for doing this. Thanks

Can't tell you an overall cost, but I can say around here, the wrenches get $90/hr

Exactly who I was going to have do it, but I passed on that particular boat. Nobody but Robbie touches any part of my engines. He's the best in this country by far & honest as they come.

sounds like a good boat to pass on 5yrs of sittin is propably scrap metal.

I did pass on it. A buddy has it & I was just wondering the worst case senario as it may not need everything I mentioned, but definitley would need an extremely good checking out & a lot of work by Robbie.
