Not knowing what prop you are running, do not know if it is the right prop but it will fit and should perform the same.

Either of those would work well. I would try both to see which would give you the best numbers.

Both engines should have the same gear ratio, but the DI probably had a lightning gearcase and the new HO has a bit diffrent shape case but all in all they should be real close!
