    Ethanol free gas.

I've been running nothing but ethanol free gas in my outboard treated with Seafoam. I've still got about 3 1/2 gals left in the tank and a couple gals in a can that's treated with Seafoam. I doubt very seriously I'll be running that outboard until next spring and my question is...should I drain this gas into my lawn mower and start with fresh gas next spring? Sure would hate to mess up my motor!!! Thanks!!!

If its ethanol free put some fuel stabilizer in it and keep it. It will be OK in the spring.

I agree with that but suggest you run the motor for several minutes after you add the fuel stabilizer so that it becomes well circulated in your fuel system.

The best thing to do is add the stabilizer at every fill up not just when its going to sit over the winter. I run stabil and seafoam at every fill up.

It takes 30 min of idle time to get 1 ounce of fuel to your engine. It is best to add fuel to your tanks add the stabil and then run wot one last time in your favorite waterway. I also use stabil in every fillup. And even though a lot of people disagree with each other to leave the gas or drain it. I believe leaving the tanks full prevents most moisture buildup in tanks. That's just my opinion. People do both with no complications so to each their own I suppose.
