    starting problems

    I Have a 2004 procraft with a merc 150 for some reason i can get it to start the battery was fully charged I pumped the bulb choked it but it wouldnt turn over what am I doing wrong did I forget something? Should I try to start at home before going out Im getting frustrated

    Is it cranking and just not firing, or is it just not cranking at all? If it cranks and just wont fire, could be a mutitude of things. If your batteries charged and it doesn't crank, make sure your shifter is in Neutral. If it's in gear, it wont crank. My shifter is touchy and I have to bump it a few times to get it to turn over.

    Can't help you there. You mentioned a battery earlier, made me think it wasn't cranking for you. You got the gas turned on?

    make sure the run switch is on,occaisanly the safety lanyard wont be set right,not allowing to be fully on run

    try resetting the kill switch. I've had it where mine APPEARED to be in the on position but wasn't

    My dog tripped my last time I was out with him. I hit the key and just turned over with no fire. Man I was worried.
