I had a great reply typed up and then the website went bonkers and I lost it. Briefly, 200 hours is fine for a 2 year old motor. As a casual weekend angler you can expect to put 50-60 hours/year on it. A well maintained motor should get 1000 or even more hours. So you should be good for 20 years! Be sure to have it checked by a mechanic and if you do buy it, make sure it is maintained properly.
