    Engine information view

On a helix 12 gn4, do you have to have the nmea and data cable connected to the helix before you can see the gauges view? I thought I remembered seeing it on my old gn2, but can’t seem to find it on the gn4? Is there a setting you have to turn on or change? All views are visible, but don’t see it when I scroll through them.

For my Mercury Verado, I had to have a NMEA 2000 with a Mercury to NMEA 2000 Gateway. Different engines have different connection requirements, but I do believe all require a NMEA 2000 connection.

Without an actual NMEA2000 network connected and functioning, the only way to see those views is with Simulator.
