Is there a simple way to calculate the amount of oil needed based on the gallons you put in the tank....which is different each time....this may be so simple that I may be having one of those Duh moments.

Answer 2.6 oz per gallon.....did a little research and foung the tables and formula..![]()

Another way is to just figure 2% of the total gasoline should be oil.

Here is a mixing container that does the math for you.Just fill the container with oil to the appropriate amount of fuel added at the appropriate mixing rate. Easy as pie.Google SeaSence oil mixing bottle or google search this link.I use this personally,hope it helps

Like I said you have a pint of oil 16 ounces add 6 gallons of gas, gives you so close to 50:1 you can't stand it. Got my start in this business as a fuel dock jockey.![]()
