When I go to my avatar section i can't click on upload. What am I doing wrong?

There is no "Upload" button. You first click on the "browse" button then after you find the avatar you want on your PC and click on it, you hit "save" at the bottom of the page and it will upload it for you.

When I go to my profile then avatar there is no browse button

Try it on a computer and not your phone, It should look like this:

I'm not on a phone but an iPad. That could be it I guess
