    Water pressure gauge problem

I have a 2003 Evinrude 200 Ficht. My water pressure gauge reads a max of 15 psi and takes a long time to register anything over 0 psi. It often reads between 5 and 10 psi at half throttle trimmed down. Water is spraying out of the back of the motor and I just replaced the water pump impeller. I have noticed that it takes a long time for the water to drain out of the motor when I stop (probably 30 seconds to one minute). Could I have something obstructing a line somewhere or is this normal? I have not had an Evinrude motor for a while and I don't recall the water taking very long to drain out of the motor when I stopped. Any advice is appreciated.

Ditto on my old E-Vine-Rude XP 150!

If you can't run with the big dogs, just stay on the porch.
