Found this will trying to remember the name of the cashew chicken place that was on a downtown street named Stlouis street back in the early 70s. I believe it was named House of Cheong. Thanks Larry, Ive never read this article. As you know, Im a huge fan of Leong's cashew chicken. I think my parents may have stopped off for cashew chicken after my birth at St. John's Hospital...
When you move away from that area, its amazing how much you miss such things as cashew chicken and cherry mash...just cant get that stuff on the east coast!
I graduated from KHS with a Leong I believe it was Ling.
We ate at Mr Yens the other night. All white meat chicken. Sweet and sour, General, Sesame and of course Cashew. A shame you can't make the spring rally at TR. I think we couldn't get you out of the cashew joints.

I used to work at Leong's in HS with Ling and once met Wing too, David was hilarious to hear in the kitchen. Great people and great food! BTW Parkview here as well 95'
