I am sure many of you know about the infamous fatty but if you don't here is the deal;
I always seem to be starving while on a long smoke but what I am craving of course is something smoked. I website got me hooked on something called a Fatty. What you do is take a roll of breakfast sauage and roll it out flat. Then you are going to put whatever stuffing you want on top of that; The last one I did was a breakfast fatty so I scrambled some eggs and put, mushrooms, onion, green pepper, jalepenoes and lots of cheese on it. Then you roll the sausage up and seal ALL of it up good. You then take strips of bacon and make a weave of bacon. This takes some time because you have to weave it good so there are no gaps in the bacon. Take the sausage roll and lay it on the bacon then wrap the weave around the sausage. Smoke it for 2-2.5 hours at 225-250 and you will have it. Pretty dang good if you ask me!
