Buy a couple real cheap cuts of steak you know the kind with the grisle and fat thru them. sprinkle a LITTLE sugar and salt and pepper to taste ,I like fresh ground pepper and alot of it. Do both sides put in a plastic ziploc bag and stick in the fridge. Let set 2-3 days or just as they start to darken then grill however you normally would. The sugar breaks the steak down makes a bad cut of meat excellent.......ah memories of this trick some beans and brown sugar and onions and sum cheap beer. Newly wed fri night meal when we had damn little money but oh was life good....still is, same woman 40 years later
