    Steak Seasoning

If anyone like trying new steak seasoning I know this isn't new but it to me is the best. Durkee Steak Dust with a little Worcestershire added.

I like adding a little Louisiana Hot Sauce to it just before or right after I put it on the grill. It gives em a little kick.

Walmart here in town has the Dales on clearance for $1 a bottle. Guess they're not going to carry it anymore. May pick up a bottle. Never tried it...

    Re: Steak Seasoning (stepup)

they make a low sodium version.........I agree though, the original Dales is salty to the bone............I usually dillute it with water.......

my favorite steak recipe is Dales (dilluted) and Ms. Dash..........
