    IRISH POTATOE SALAD

Take a large aluminum lasagna pan, cut up a head of cabbage, one large red onion, 3 lb bag of young potatoes, one polish sausage (I prefer spicy) but you can use whatever suits you. Combine all in pan salt and pepper add half cup butter and qtr cup mustard cover with foil and bake in oven on 400 for one hour uncover and stir occassionaly for 30 more minutes. Same can be done on grill! Delicious!
