    Thickness for jerky

Anyone give me an idea on what thickness the meat should be cut for jerky? I usually have it cut at the store but its always too thin or too thick it seems. Just looking for an idea of what to tell the guy doing the slicing. Thx!

    Re: Thickness for jerky (Astro-T)

If I were doing it, I would slice it approximately 3/16 inches thick.
