    Bacon Candy

I heard this on the radio this morning... couldn't resist trying it... it is very good!

Bacon cut in two inch strips. Dredge in brown sugar on both sides, bake at 350 for 20 minutes on foil lined cookie sheets. YUMMMM Don't drain on paper towels ( it sticks ) Candied bacon is the bomb!!!

Add just a touch of Cayenne to it and WOW !!! Spicy and sweet..... I dont put mine on foil anymore because it tends to stick to the foil too bad. I just get a good non stick cookie sheet and take it off with a spatula when it's done... GOOD STUFF RIGHT HERE !!!!

You can also add chilli powder to your brown sugar.
