    Macaroli and cheese

Got this recipe from a lady that runs a soul food restaurant. Have made it several times and got rave reviews. It's well worth the effort. You'll never fix the box stuff again

Add 4 cups dry macaroni to hot water, boil 10 minutes, drain and set aside.

    Cheese Sauce

    One pound velveeta
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    6 slices American cheese
    1 cups milk
    One can evaporated milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons margarine

Put all ingredients in a saucepan stirring constantly.
    Rinse and drain macaroni.
    Mix macaroni and cheese sauce.
Place in a baking dish and top with ADDITIONAL slices of cheese.

Preheat oven to 350 and bake 15 minutes or until done on top.

Sorry I goofed this up the first time.

I'm making this tonight for my birthday tomorrow.
