Cover bottom of 2qt. dish with fillets, (any flaky fish will do) then add enough milk to cover the fillets.
Combine
1 stick of butter
1 bell pepper minced
1 tablespoon green onions
2 cans of cream of shrimp soup
about a can size amount of fresh shrimp
1/2 cup of milk
juice of 1 lemon

Soak fillets in the milk for 2 to 3 hours, dip in flour (flour, salt, red pepper) and brown in butter. Place in baking dish. Saute bell pepper, celery, parsley, and onions in butter until limp. Add shrimp soup, shrimp, mushrooms, lemon juice, milk and seasonings to taste. Pour over fillets and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min serves 6.
