1 rabbit (or pheasant)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 box Stove Top stuffing (your choice of flavor)
grated Mild Cheddar cheese (optional)
Boil rabbit and strip meat from bone. Place rabbit in bottom of a 9x12 baking dish. Mix sour cream and soup together and place over the rabbit. (optional-sprinkle small amount of cheddar cheese on top). Cook the stuffing and put over the top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 deg.
