Wanting to "rhino line" the inside of my aluminum boat. Had some buddies that rolled something similar on there boat trailers. What kind do i need and do you think it will hold up to the abuse?

You will need to scuff up the entire inside of the boat... where ever you want the liner to be, it will have to be scuffed. I have a buddy who owns a truck mod. shop in Arkansas and he just loves it when a guy brings in a BRAND NEW truck to have a liner sprayed in. He says when he's done roughing up the bed of a truck you'd swear it had 200,000 plus miles on it.
Also bear in mind it will add some weight to your boat. Should make things a lot quieter though!

New record!! Caught several bass on December 31st. In Michigan! From my boat!
Any idea on which product to use. I want to stay toward the roll on instead of the spray.
I used to have that stuff inside and out of my 20 foot Jon. It's some pretty cool stuff. I would suggest taking it to an authorized spray shop to see what kind of quote they give you. Maybe pick their brain a little in case you decide to do it yourself.

I did my aluminum boat several years ago...put two coats, and you can't make it come off....generators, deer stands, etc.....all slid across it...still holding strong...

go to the auto paint store and get the gatortuff, 2part spray on expoxy bedliner. cheap durable.
i self etched primed before spraying. been 5 yrs still looks like new. you can roll it too but spray is easier
they make rubber liner for truck beds and horse stall. just go to a auto parts house or tack shop. then glue down with marine carpet glue.
Cabela's has some you can roll on.
