If you lose your pic due to cloud cover & IF you have local programming turn off your satellite receiver
then use your remote & hit TV most times you will get pic back.

Not quite.turn off your satellite receiver then use your tv remote (IF you have local programming included) & just use your tv You are now not tied into your satellite
