I replaced all the bolts on my suspension with bolts that were drilled and had grease fittings in the heads. I use marine wheel bearing grease and give it several shots a year and my suspension on my 10 yr. old trailer just keeps on going. I got the parts at a local trailer dealer and spring shop.
Great idea, expecially if you plan on keeping your trailer for a while. How much did this all cost and how much labor did it involve? Did you have it done or do it yourself?

The bolts were around $2 bucks apiece and I did it myself, you have 10 bolts on a tandom axle trailer. I replaced a few other items at the same time but all together I think I spent about $40 and some time. It was easy to do, just block the frame up. Remove the tires, the only weight on the springs is the axle. Block the axle up at the hanging height and pull the bolts and replace them. If any bushings are worn you should replace them too.
