    Using tubes with Ear Plugs

Do you have some old ear plugs laying around the house or maybe you have a new pack hidden somewhere? Well here are several good uses for them. One is to insert them into the tube to make it float. Secondly get a bottle of your favorite scent and soak the ear plugs in them for a few and then put them in your tubes the next time you go fishing..It is a cheap and simple way to add some scent to your bait that will last a little longer..Also you can use the earplugs to secure the hook in the tube

It was a recently taped show. He was fishing for suspended bass with the new bleeding tubes from Strike King. He was fishing it with a light sinker and added the earplugs to give the tube a neutral float to allow him to work it very slowly for the suspended fish. Very cool idea, thanks for it!

He was fishing with Yum tubes. I bet SK would have liked it if he was fishing with theirs though.
