Loan quote question

I have a question that may or may not be kind of unique. First off, I'd like to get two separate quotes, one under my name and then the other as a joint account with my wife. But here's the kicker, my wife is in Oklahoma and I'm in Korea so I don't really know how the co-signature part would go down.

Anyways, the boat is a 2007 Triton TR21X with a 225hp Merc Optimax. Great condition and a bunch of extras on it but don't if thats important for the loan. Also, I didn't plan on having a down payment, which may be necessary to have the joint account. I was looking to borrow $25K.

What would I need to do get this started? I plan on being in the states around Christmas time so I also was wondering how long this whole process should take due to the mailing time a coordination.
