    ? on extended warranty

Maybe a dumb question, If I decide I want to purchase an Ext. warranry on my 06 225 Etec, Is it something I can finance? I mean do I have to pay it all up front or can I make payments?
    Thanks

We do have one warranty that has a program to finance with them It does get a bit pricey but can be done. The other question is how much time are we talking about? We have sold one where a guy paid us over a couple months. the ponly snag with that is that the warranty doea not start until paid.

Re: ? on extended warranty (reclending.com)

Was hoping to purchase another 2 yrs of warranty. Mine ends in May. I'd love to be able to pay for it outright, but that depends on $$$. I have an 06 Etec 225 HO that I bought new in 2008. I purchased the motor from Plapp's (I'm sure you've heard of them ) When I purchased the motor, I was supposed to get the 3 yr. factory warranty plus the 2 years additional that BRP was promoting. Long story short, I got screwed, and got no additional warranty. Can you give me a quote on this motor so I can try to figure out how to pay for it?
    Thanks,
    Dave

Yeah, I'm going to try to take care of it asap. Just got off the phone with BRP customer service, they were no help at all.
I'll give you a call in a couple days.
    thanks

    Extended warranty...GET ONE

Generally I life the longest warranty possible...why u say?

    1...repairs are very expensive
2...puts your wallet and maybe the wife at ease longer
3...a great selling point is having 6 months or longer left on the warranty

Good advice. Making sure they are transferable is a big deal.
