New Boat newbie!

So I am getting close to identifying the boat I want to purchase and I believe that I am going to go the new boat route. Having never purchased a new boat, I have never financed one. So I am clueless to the rates, loan duration and any other consideration.

Are the rates comparable to a personal loan?
I have heard you can finance a boat for up to 15yrs?
If i order a boat, when do the payments start?
