There is a boat I have my eye on...its only $5k...I'm 24 and just got outta school so I have had some bumps and bruises with my credit n cards I guess you can say...I have a loan out for my jeep now...if there is anyone that can help me as far as you think I can get a loan or not lemme know...all answers appreciated...

With a short loan history, toy loans are tough. With that amount to borrow, you might want to try where your car loan came from or a local credit union. The lower amounts will lead to a higher interest rate but if you can send in a few extra dollars with each payment, you can beat the system. The other thing that will matter is the age of the boat. Some lenders will only look at things 6 - 7 years old. Again, that is where a local CU or your bank may step in and help.
