    Proper paint for motor?

I have a 2000 Johnson 175 Fastrike Outboard Serial# RJ175PLSSC. I have to have the Lower unit replaced and unfortunately the paint on the replacement unit will not match the existing upper portions of the motor. I am guessing the easiest way to have the motor paint to match is to replace the Johnson emblems and paint the complete motor assembly. The question I have are what would be the best proceedures to follow in this task? Also what would be the best type paint to use and if need be primer? Thanks for the help.

BRP rattle can part numbers are primer 771227, silver 772727, white 771226 and black 771234. Shoot it with the primer first, two coats, then your applicable color.
