    2000 johnson 25 tilt/trim

I'm searching for a power tilt/trim for this motor. My co-worker/friend is losing interest in their pontoon boat because the have to manually lift the motor up and lock it. The lake is so low that they can't get to the dock easy and have to paddle the last few yards. They are both retired but she fills a void in her schedule by working 10 hours a week.

Is this something that should be bought new? Do you think the CMC aftermarkets will be good enough? and lastly... pontoon bracket adapter? What is this and does anyone know what it looks like?

    Thanx for the help guys.

The CMC is a good unit very well built. Don't know about the pontoon adapter. May have to check that out, can't see why it would be needed.

Don't know why either. Don't even know what it looks like. Thanks for your help.
