Bout to start the rehab of the old johnson gt. Has a fresh rebuild, so i think i owe it to her. Needs to look as good as it sounds. Gonna need a new seal for the cowling. Anyone know where to find one. Mid 80s motor. Thanks

It is going to be tough to find a new seal for the cover. I might have one but not sure what shape it is in. Are you going to paint the motor?
they are still available. I dont know the extact model of your engine so I just pulled an 89 for reference. Here is a link about $35 bucks
