Model# 250DHLSCS (2008 250 ETEC HO).
Had an injector replaced last month. Brought it home and out - noticed the temp guage was maxed all the time (even when cold started....) Obviously not hooked up right when injector replaced.
No issues a few times out.
Yesterday Check engine steady alarm and light came on twice on plane. Restarted, worked OK, went on again - brought it home.
What I did notice however is that the temp guage bounced back and forth a couple times before the alarm went on, like it wanted to work....
I am positive the problem does not exist with overheating.....
Does the the temp guage have to be calibrated?
I havent checked my fuel filter yet either.
Any comments?
OH ya....My mechanic cant get to it for a week and the neerest is 2 hours away, as I go on vacation starting today!!!!!!
