Is there anything out there that can take off the yellowing that is on my white Gambler. I have cleaned with clorox toilet bowl cleaner but, it keeps coming back.

once ou get it nice and clean you need to wax it to fill in the pours so it does not hold the water anymore

I would clean your boat with a Oxalic Acid based cleaner like Starbrite hull cleaner. Then you need to put a coat of marine polish on the boat to revitalize the gel coat. Then you need to put a good coat of wax over the polish.
This should fix you right up.

I have a white Basscat and when it starts to yellow I use soft scrub with bleach
