My rodbuckle lost spring tension, so I ordered one last week. How do I get the strap and buckle through the hole in the side? I'm mounting it on the inside like the old one was. I looked at the old strap and really don't see an easy way to take it apart. The bad part is I installed the original one about 6 years ago and CRS.thanks,
